These Terms govern your use of Novo Bot AI, an AI chatbot service that trains on a business's website and content to answer customer questions and capture leads.

Using the Service

You may use Novo Bot AI to train a chatbot on content you own or have the right to use (your website, price lists, brochures, and policy documents). You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide.

Free Trial

The Free plan includes a 30-day trial with 50 leads included and one website training crawl. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Plans and Billing

Silver and Gold are flat monthly plans priced by leads captured, not by messages sent. Wallet top-ups may be purchased for leads beyond a plan's included amount.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Novo Bot AI to collect data unlawfully, impersonate another business, or train the chatbot on content you do not have rights to use.

Changes to the Service

We may update these Terms and the Service from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
